The Short List Reunion Course For graduates of any fatherhood program

After 24:7 Dad, his checklist gets picked back up.

A man finishes 24:7 Dad holding a checklist, and nothing brings him back to it. Our reunion sessions do, in the session shape your facilitators already run.

From NFI's own logic model

Fathers develop and refine their checklist as they progress through the program and use it after completing the program.

That last part is the hardest to hold, and it's the part a reunion session is built for.

How our reunion course connects back to 24:7 Dad
1 Continuity, not repetition Nine sessions land on ground 24:7 Dad already covers, and not one of them runs it again.
2 The same session shape A facilitator trained on 24:7 Dad isn't learning a new shape to run this.
3 The checklist, picked back up Each session is a night he comes back, and he leaves with one more line for it: one thing he'll start doing, in his words, and the day he'll begin.
Content continuity

Nine sessions, and the ground each one is nearest.

Where a man will recognize the territory, so a facilitator can say so out loud, and a director can see what's new.

A reunion session is one night on one idea. It isn't a shorter version of the thing he already finished.

Session structure

Your facilitator already runs this shape.

24:7 Dad: Welcome and Warm-UpWelcome5
24:7 Dad: Two to four content activitiesTeach, Write, Talk65
24:7 Dad: Checklist itemsCommit15The graft point
24:7 Dad: ClosingClose5

The difference that matters is sequence. 24:7 Dad is 12 sessions that build on each other. Every reunion session stands on its own, so a cohort that has already scattered can come back for one evening.

Anticipated outcome

One indicator, where NFI's model already points.

24:7 Dad measures knowledge, attitudes and involvement with pre- and post-surveys. A reunion night doesn't claim any of that. It produces one figure: the men who leave with one thing they want to start doing, in their own words, and the day they'll begin, out of the men in the room.

The one figure, on the night
6 in 10 Our target floor: men who leave with one thing to start doing and the day they'll begin. Nothing quoted above it until pilots report.
